Delivery Charges depend on your address. For orders in the USA, delivery is free for all orders over $500
Which payment methods are accepted by your online store?
We accept Zelle, Bank Payments, and Bitcoin. These are our basic payment methods. Our customer service may however provide alternative methods of payment based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location. On average, our delivery time in the USA is 48 hours after placing your order. International shipping takes anywhere between 48 to 72 hours. However these shipping times are usually less.
How secure is it shopping with your online store? Is my data stored protected?
Your data is totally safe. We do not share your data with any 3rd party institutions. The only data we collect is that needed in processing your order. This is deleted immediately after we have processed your order.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive an e-receipt immediately after placing your order. You will then be guided on how to pay depending on which payment method you chose.
What happens after ordering?
When you place your order, proceed to payment and get back to us with a receipt or scan (picture) of your payment slip. When your payment is confirmed, your package will be dispatched to your address.
